1. Promotion Period:

This offer is valid for eligible applications submitted to Property Master by 23.59 on 30 January 2026.

2. Eligibility

• Applies only to Buy-to-Let mortgage product transfers (rate switches) submitted through Property Master during the promotion period.
• The product transfer must complete successfully through Property Master for the Amazon voucher to be issued.
• Offer limited to one voucher per mortgage application.

• Vouchers will be issued within 30 days after completion of the product transfer.
• The offer does not apply to lenders who do not pay broker commission to Property Master.
• Vouchers will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of application.
• No alternative payment method (cash or otherwise) will be offered.

5. Exclusions

• Not valid for new purchase or remortgage applications — applies to product transfers only.
• Not available for corporate entities or commercial lending outside the Buy-to-Let market.
• Applicants who cancel their product transfer with Property Master before completion will not qualify.

6. General Terms

• Property Master reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other Property Master promotion or incentive.
